RebelDress.it will use as shipping data those indicated by the customer at the time of purchase in the cart of this site.
RebelDress.it cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incomplete, incorrect addresses or those without the necessary information to identify the place of delivery.
Each shipment contains: the product(s) ordered; the relevant Transport Document/Accompanying Invoice; any Required Accompanying Documentation (based on the country of shipment) and any information material for marketing purposes.
Each shipment is associated with a Tracking Number that will be communicated to the customer via email, with which it is possible to monitor the path of the package online and know its position.
Processing time
Orders will be processed within 5 working days from payment confirmation and shipped via GLS courier in Italy and DHL in the rest of the world.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. Finally, if placed on a holiday, they will be processed starting from the first working day after.
Delivery to addresses located in Italy takes approximately 24 working hours.
Delivery to addresses located in the European Union takes approximately 24/48 working hours.
Delivery to addresses located in the Rest of the World may take up to 7 working days.
Shipping is free only in Italy for orders equal to or greater than 80€
